Don, I experimented with v3.0.4. Of course I got Invalid version warning but it still behaves exactly same.

Using V2.2.9 I leave the entry open and use mouse to select a new tab and as you can see the entry shows up on every tab page?

Playing w/ Win 7 64 I clobbered MBR in the process. After re-installing Win 7 this problem went away!
