Sounds good, Kevin. I appreciate your time and suggestions! It's great to get it working, even if it is blurry on one of them. I am thankful it's not blurry on mine, haha!

Thank you for the help, Kevin. In short, your suggestion worked. However, there is different behavior on each laptop. Both laptops previously had the "High DPI Scaling Override" box checked. On one laptop, when I checked the top box, "Use this…

Kevin, That's interesting. We didn't manually set up anything like that as far as we know. It just so happens that we have recently gotten two new laptops at the office and both of them experienced this issue. The laptops are ThinkPads. I don't…

Thank you, Don! Of course that worked. I had forgotten it was a separate .ocx file. Many thanks for the quick response.

Hello, Kevin, That makes sense. If it's possible to add an event that gets fired when that button is clicked on, I could definitely build upon that on my own. I think it would be a neat feature for the end users to be able to add items to the qui…

Great! That makes total sense. Thanks Don and Kevin! I really appreciate your help!

I emailed the image. Thank you, Don!

Don, Another update. I downloaded the image I had posted for you to test and tried it and it showed the red at the top. So, some kind of conversion happened between posting it and re-downloading it. This is what the two images I am testing look l…

Thank you, Don. Do you know what setting I might change? Are you talking about a setting in the Ribbon control or something for Windows? Thank you!

I am using a PNG that was created in Paint.net. I made a test image that I am attaching. It is just a green square with a black border. The top row of pixels are red and they don't show up on the Ribbon control. Does that answer your question?

Frank, Thank you. I will try to download that and test it out soon. And the label should work fine for a caption. Much appreciated! Thanks, Adam

Hello Frank, Thank you! That sounds great. Just let me know when there is more information. I appreciate your prompt reply! Thanks, Adam Chan

Hello, Kevin, I just wanted to check to see if you have looked at the issue mentioned in this thread. By any chance were you able to duplicate it on your side? Thanks for any info or updates you can offer. Much appreciated!

Corby, Thank you very much! We were able to follow those steps and all is working now. The icons now show up on remote sessions to the server. And just so you know, we were able to get it working by simply logging out of the remote session and l…

Corby, Thank you for the reply. I'm not quite sure how to find what you're referring to in RegEdit. When I open RegEdit, how do I get to "Windows Components"? I assume once I find Windows Components, I'll be able to follow the path you posted, bu…

Thank you, Don, that seems to be our same issue. We are running Windows Server 2008, but in following the document at the end of the thread, we couldn't figure out what to do at step "1) b." where it says: "Choose 'Add Roles' and configure the Rem…

I just found this post, which seems to address the issue I am having. I will try out what was determined in that post and reply here if it works or not. Thank you. https://forum.srpcs.com/discussion/217/ribbon-on-a-terminal-server#latest

Kevin, I emailed you a copy of the XML. Let me know if there is any other information that would helpful for you to debug. Thank you!

You are amazing! Thank you so much! That is exactly what I needed. I didn't think to look in the methods section after searching the properties section.

Sounds good! Thank you for the quick response, Kevin.

Great, thank you, Kevin!
