Can you colour a particular radio button option

I would like to give a blue colour to the selected radio option to make it clearer which one is selected. Is this possible in OI?

    I don't think you can. If it were possible it would be with the FORECOLOR property but I've tried this with both the radio group and the radio button controls. I think OI or Windows just controls the theme of this control. You could replace the radio buttons with toggle buttons to achieve a similar, if not more obvious, effect. Alternatively, just use a tab control.
