FS445 - IDX_SETS_ERROR

Does anyone have any suggestions for how we might retrieve more information about the above?
One user receiving intermittent FS445 errors but that itself doesn't really tell me much. Will be onsite next week to try and dig into it on the users pc but I'd prefer a targeted approach if anyone has one, rather than just stabs in the dark until I see something.

    Was the ClientSetup.exe ran on this machine?

    That was my thoughts and pretty much my only approach when I get there.
    That said, he's a long-term user and it's not a new PC, so I'd expect more symptoms more often if it hadn't.

    I still plan to run it myself for my own peace of mind.

    If the client files did not get relocated or removed, perhaps .NET itself got removed through a Microsoft update.

    Check out these possible issues as well (they are most common)

    user's sort path has become corrupt
    the user is out of disk space
