Fixing GFE

I need to fix a GFE and when I try to do that I get a FS255 error, which says that it wasn't able to create a file (presume that it is the dumpfix file)
Can someone tell me what my next step should be?

    Found where the dump files were and attached the folder and all went well

    I have not had a GFE for more than 15 years. What caused the GFE. If the GFE occurred on a server it is highly recommend to run the universal driver.

    Neither have Chris. The UD was not setup correctly and I fixed that and when that was done the GFE appeared buy as I said once I found the dump files the fixing was done easy.
