OI10.1 migration error

Just installed a fresh/new copy of the latest OI10.1 beta test system. Created a FRAMEWORKS account and performed a "EXEC RTI_MIGRATE_V9_TO_V10" using the OI9.4.6 version. Received an error "error loading program "SRP_PRECOMPILER".
Not sure where to go from here.

    Ah, wonder because all procs are recompiled and you are using srp fancy stuff. Of the top of my head I suggest installing srp_utilities as I think that is where the pre compile stuff is. Then try again.
