Enabling TCL in AREV

Just made some changes to be able to access the OI debugger through AREV and managed to get everything setup successfully however when signing in with my user account, I can't access the TCL inside AREV and I get an error popup saying "B169 - The TCL Key (F5) has been disabled". This is for a new user in OI I created to be used for debugging. Any idea on how I should go about enabling this setting?

    Luann - Normally this is a configuration setting done in AREV32 from SYSPROG. I can provide more guidance if needed. Also, confirm that your Database Manager > Environment Settings is configured to "Create Arev32 User".
