@Opto_Will - I'm not entirely sure whose face that is. Many years ago we had a graphic designer on staff who created several desktop wallpaper designs for us. This is one of a few Christmas themed ones (most of the others have the year in them so I couldn't use them). He did, however, create a variety of South Park themed wallpapers (which he would change as our staff grew). Here's one of them:
