OI10 'add to rdk'

OI9:
In account DEALER - create an RDK for changes since which only gets changes for DEALER , which is normal
In the editor open a sp that is in account PBC and do 'add to rdk'
The deployed RDK shows all the DEALER appication records and PBC account records
This is all good, BUT, there is an issue in OI10.

OI10:

The deployed RDK shows all the DEALER appication records BUT PBC account records are DEALER account

Not sure at whos end this issue is!

    Looks like there is some sort of bug in the OI10 rdk.If you create a view and select 'All applications' and sect a sp that is not in the current application, (in PBC) the resulting deployment puts it in the current application (DEALER).

    Am I correct that it should create it in the application it came from (PBC).
    the DEALER application hierarchy is SYSPROG->PBC->DEALER

    Thanks for following up on this. It seems like a bug to me.
