Where would I find the information required here on the server.

Chances are that you used RDP to connect to this server. If so, what IP or machine name did you use? That's what you would put into this field. Alternatively, you can do either of the following:

1. From a command prompt enter IPCONFIG. Use the IPv4 Address.
   
2. From the System Info window use Full computer name.
