Can I run a Report Manager report via System Monitor or other command line?

Hello,
Are there any options besides running these reports from Report Manager itself? Is there any way to set up a schedule for a report? I am working on a 9.4 version of OI.

Roger - Not trying to nitpick, but do you mean the Report Builder? There are multiple reporting tools and Report Manager isn't one I'm familiar with (unless I'm being super dense today).
