Adjusting favourites list crashes OI

Morning, just recently installed 3.4.5 and now if I try and adjust my favourites list, ie drag something from Favourites to the Open Windows list, the entire application just disappears.
I don't see the usual guide to indicate where I'm moving it to. I just see a spinning cursor for a couple of seconds and then gone.

    Looks like the SrpEditor.ocx get it from here fixes it and the missed VNAVs issue, BUT, appears to cause another issue with the options->style changing settings.
