What & how do the options do when pressing right click on the ribbon.
The only option that is functional is the "Show Quick Access Below Toolbar"

Add to Quick Access Toolbar
Customize Quick Access Toolbar...
Show Quick Access Toolbar Below Ribbon
Minimize the Ribbon

Are these options meant for the user to modify their own toolbar?

    This was a bug. I've removed the first two Quick Access Toolbar options for now, seeing as that is a more advanced feature we can activate later. I fixed the last option not working. Both these changes will be available when I get out a new build.
