If a client doesn't know or wont be given the admin password for + 'run as administrator', is there a script I can create to run as an exe that will register the OI & SRP controls without an admin password. NSIS?

There is no way to register controls without 'run as administrator.' That is a Windows Vista+ standard security wall. You can create an NSIS installer, but if the user is not allowed to run it as administrator (which it will attempt to do automatically), then it won't work.

Thanks, that might explain why I did do one but the user said it didn't work!
