Problem installing SRP Editor and SRP Utility 1.5.5
I was updating a client site running Window 7 and OI9.04.
When running the installing exe for either SRP Editor or SRP Utility, nothing happens. I see things "spinning". When I look under the task Manager, I'll see multiple occurrence of SRP Editor Install or SRP Utility. Also, once this happens, I can't delete the processes in Task Manager. This requires a reboot. I had done this several time with no success.
Any idea why these can't get installed? I have run these on other sites with no issues.

My best guess is that something is running on the machine such as AV or Malware blockers that is preventing the installation from proceeding. I don't know why this creates a process that can't be deleted, but I'm sure this is the fault of the program that is preventing the installation from moving forward.
