Hide Rows from IndexLookup or Filter IndexLookup Results
Does anyone know of a way to either:
a) Customize the indexlookup fields and pre-set a selection
or
b) Filter the available rows before the index lookup field displays
The goal is to use the indexlookup function but limit the user from seeing certain items in the resulting popup. For example, an index lookup on an inventory table should always hide discontinued items. Is there some way I can hide those rows from appearing either through a pre-set field in the index lookup form or by filtering out the possible results before the selection popup displays?
