Installed New Editor but also reregistered controls so I don't know which killed me

I get this error when I start my app..

    Off the bat I'd guess your SRPUtilities.DLL is out of date. That is, you somehow got an older copy back in the OI directory.

    I'm running the latest and greatest 1.5.8. just reinstalled to be sure..

    Did you somehow get another copy in SysWow64? Have you restarted your machine lately? I double checked, and the code is there. In fact, if it was missing, we would get a lot of complaints about this.

    Got it. The issue was that the SRPUtilities.dll was an old version. The Install didn't copy it in because it was locked and but no messages so it wasn't obvious until I went back and compared dates between a backup and the system.
