Is there a way of programmatically getting the DLL version. Had an issue with a client that was running version 1.4.5 and had a missing SRP_String routine. I have an about page as part of the Ribbon control that displays many system versions including serial Nos, No of users, Windows version, UD version, Ribbon version etc. I would also like to display the Utilities version.

You could use the Win API to get the file version from the DLL.

Are you referring to GetFileVersionInfo API?

Yes, unless OI already has that functionality built in somewhere.

I have trying:
result = RTI_OS_Directory( "GetAttributes", directory, filename)
but I cannot see any Version No in the result.

The field name you want is either File Version or Product Version. It looks like the API Don mentioned above is going to be your best bet.
