Formdes.exe hangs

For the last 2 months every time I start OI 7 Form designer in Windows 8.1 it hangs and becomes unresponsive. Not sure why. Anybody else experiencing same issue?

I know I've corresponded with you via email about this (and didn't offer much help), but I am curious: does it matter if you have a form loaded or not? If it does matter, does it seem like the same form or can it be any form?

It hangs as soon as it is started. Message on screen is Initializing. Please wait... Do not get to the menu bar to select a window. You do see the formdes icon on the task bar as it has started, and shows under task manager but status is not responding.

Is DEP enabled (not saying cause, just sounds familiar) - try disabling or add formdes to exclusions

Do you have TABCONTROL.
