SRP Licence screen

We have installed one of our products at a client site (upgrade from previous version), and are getting the message below.
This is OI9.4, with the users own Oengine as expected.
The SRP files and the CSSP.srplic file are there.

Any ideas how we make this go away?

    Colin - I believe the license has the first four numbers (8640) entered incorrectly as 8460. I will email you an updated license.
