Resize Cursor

IF you set a column to scroll lock, then scroll a table with a large number of columns to the right, then the visible column AFTER the scroll lock column gets a resize cursor in the header instead of the normal arrow cursor.
Scroll a little further and the next column gets the resize.

Very peculiar and obscure.

There was a bug in the algorithm that determines what physical columns map to what abstract columns. 4.1.3 RC1 fixes it.
