Volume MFS
Hey guys.. Long time.
Has anyone had any success in implementing a "volume MFS"? I.e. an MFS placed on an entire volume to deal with all IO to any table in said volume? The concept is documented but not very well fleshed-out.
The SYSPTRS record seems set up properly, pointed to the correct path, and calling the MFS in question. The MFS at this point is mainly a shell, but virtually identical to a normal table MFS. I have seen no documentation for other requirements.
I can Attach the volume by the SYSPTRS ID fine. LISTTABLES shows the full path, Not the SYSPTRS ID, which I thought interesting
Any thing else I do with the volume now through the MFS throws a SYS1000 'Error loading program ""'
Does anyone have any words of knowledge?
Thanks in advance.
Michael
