onCustomDraw event

I'm experimenting with the onCustomDraw event to dynamically augment a picture (typically a floorplan) using GDI, but for life of me can't get this event to fire. This is using SRPcontrols.ocx v4.0.3 . Trying with previous versions of SRPcontrols, it appears that somehow this event disappeared between versions 3.0.9 and 3.1.1 . Could that be right?

    Looking at the source code, the event was commented out. I believe it was just too disruptive and dangerous to allow for proper usage.
