SrpEditor wont install

in SRP Editor
I have upgraded an OI system from 8.0.8 to 9.4.?. (rollup patch v5.1)
I run the srpeditor 2.9.1 install and it is not there..not in the srp menu or any srpxxx forms in sysformexes

    I tried again after doing a Rebuild System Index and the 2 syncs' in Development menu.
    It now installs OK.

    Cool. I probably would have recommended this course of action based on the symptoms.
