Is the above message an SRP error message?

I googled this error message, and no matches, so I don't think it's a windows os error message. Also, the user has more than enough memory.

    although I have once before encountered a problem where the total amount of memory available was large enough, but there was not a large enough contiguous block of memory to make the required allocation. So could be that...

    It's not an SRP message. Without knowing what was happening when the error occurred, it's a guess as to the source.
