I have an edit line on a form that has validation and an SRP.Button.1.

If I tab away from the edit line to another edit line the validation runs.

If I click on the button the OLE event fires but the validation does not run.

What am I doing wrong?

Some button styles don't cause an edit control to lose focus when clicked. Just pick an appropriate style.

To clarify, make sure the style isn't one that has the word "Toolbar" in it.
